One thing for certain is life will always be busy. That is what life is. But when you slow down enough, even for a second or two as you sip your morning coffee or your evening wine, you can relax enough to see more wildlife and really appreciate it. There is a lot of wildlife no matter where you are, even in the city or the countryside. 

Always remember to slow down in life; live, breathe, and learn; take a look around you whenever you have time and never forget everything and every person that has the least place within your heart.

We know that relaxation and managing stress is beneficial for our mind as well as our bodies. Sometimes, we think we can slow down in the future when we get everything done off of our to-do list, but the funny thing about to-do lists is that they are never done.
